Rules and Regulations for Workshops

1. admission and termination
Applications for admission can only be made by students of full age or, in the case of minors, by their legal representatives. There is no legal entitlement to admission to the workshop. No admission fee will be charged. Cancellations are not possible during the workshop. Agreements with teachers are not valid for registrations. Changes of address must be reported immediately to the secretary's office.

2. participation in the workshop
The secretary's office should be informed immediately if a pupil is unable to attend or falls ill. There is no entitlement to make up missed lessons or reimbursement of the workshop fee.

3. exclusion from lessons
Pupils may be excluded from the workshop in the event of serious breaches of school rules or discipline.
An obligation to pay remains in both cases.

4. supervision and liability
Supervision exists only during lessons and is limited to the classroom. No liability can be accepted for accidents on the way to or at the venue/lesson location or for loss of or damage to clothing and instruments.

5. health regulations
In case of contagious diseases, the general health regulations of the schools apply (in particular the Federal Epidemics Act, the Act on the Prevention and Control of Communicable Diseases in Humans).
